Ingredients
4 cup flour ( sprouted is nice)
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup butter or lard
1 egg
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 cup cold water
Preparation
Blend flour, sugar and salt. Cut in butter or lard until particles are pea size. Beat egg, blend in vinegar and water Sprinkle over flour mixture, 1 T. at a time. Toss with a fork to mix. Gather dough together with fingers Chill before rolling.
