Ingredients
2 cups Telma chicken bouillon
1 pkg (8.8oz) couscous
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
2/3 cups golden raisins
1/3 cup chopped scallions
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
1/2 cup olive oil (less)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 Tsp.cinnamon
4 Tbs. sugar
Preparation
Bring Bouillon to a boil, add couscous, stir and remove from the heat. Let stand 4 minutes, transfer to a glass bowl, add dressing and rest of the ingredients.
