Preparation
put crab meat to the side
add firt 5 ingrediants in a pan and reduce for 5 min
add basil and red peppers - reduce for 3 min - then add to crab in bowl and let sit for 15 to 20 min
beat 4 eggs in a bowl and place bread crumbs nearby
make cake with crab mixture then dip in egg and bread crumbs to make crab cakes
cook at 400 degrees for 8 min
