Ingredients

1 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 - 8 oz imitation crabmeat (finely shredded or depending on your preference, you can even puree the crabmeat in a food processor)

2 tbl finely chopped onion - or - (about) 2 green scallions

3 tsp mayo

2 tsp powdered sugar

1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1 package of wonton wrappers

vegetable oil for frying (I use Wesson)

Preparation

In bowl, mix all ingredients. Use wonton wrappers and place about 1/2 tsp in each. Brush corners with egg and close into a triangle.

Cook in a low heat oil, turning once. These cook extremely fast. Drain on paper towel or paper plate/bag.
