Ingredients

1 pound fresh mushrooms

7 ounces crabmeat

2 green onions, thinly sliced

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 tsp Old Bay

1/8 tsp cheyenne

1/2 garlic

ground black pepper to taste

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/3 cup mayonnaise

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

slice of tomato

Preparation

olive oil the mushrooms inside and out. grill face down for 10 minutes. mix all ingredients and fill mushrooms, put the tomato on top with parmesan on the tomato. grill 15 min or longer
