Ingredients
12 oz fresh cranberries
3/4 c sugar
8 oz crushed pineapple, drained
1 c sliced grapes (red or green)
1 c chopped nuts
2 c mini marshmallows
8 oz Cool Whip
Preparation
- In a food processor, chop cranberries
- In bowl, mix cranberries & sugar
- Cover & refrigerate overnight
- Add pineapple, grapes, and nuts & mix
- Add mini marshmallows & mix
- Fold in Cool Whip until thoroughly mixed
- Serve (can cover and refrigerate if making ahead)
