Ingredients
1 package Whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 Fresh pineapple, cored and chunked
1/4 cup Pineapple juice
1/4 cup Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Lemon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Ground cloves
1 pinch Red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon Fresh thyme leaves
Preparation
Combine ingredients in a small saucepan.
Boil for about 10 minutes until thick, stirring frequently.
Chill.
