Ingredients
1/2 c Cranberry Sauce
4 boneless chicken breast, pounded to 1/2 inch
1 1/2 T butter
1/2 c chopped onion
1 T fresh rosemary chopped
1/2 c + 1 T chicken broth
1 T basalmic vinegar
1 t corn starch
Preparation
Brown chicken in skillet with 1/2 T butter . 3 minutes per side. Remove and rest on plate.
In same skillete saute onions and rosemary in 1 T butter until onions are translucent. about 5 min.
Add cranberries, vinegar and 1/2 cup of chicken brother. blend to gether.
mix corn starch and 1 T chicken brother together and add to skillet. Bring sauce to a boil.
Add chicken back into sauce and allow to cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
