Ingredients

1 pound Cranberries, fresh or frozen

3/4 cup Sugar

1 cup Red Currant Preserves

1 cup Water

2 tablespoons Orange Zest

Preparation

Combine cranberries, sugar, preserves and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes; skim foam as needed.

Remove from heat and cool.

Stir in orange zest and refrigerate overnight.
