Ingredients
12-ounce bag of cranberries
¾ cup light brown sugar
1 cup apple cider
1 cinnamon stick
1 generous teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 generous tablespoon grated orange zest
Preparation
Add the cranberries to a pot on the stove top and add 3/4 cup of light brown sugar, 1 cup of apple cider, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 generous teaspoon of grated fresh ginger and 1 generous tablespoon grated orange zest and bring that up to a boil. Once that does come to a boil, turn the heat down so it is simmering along and let it cook along for 10 to 15 minutes until the cranberries have popped. -
