Ingredients
2 lb frozen crawfish tails
1 bunch green onion tops
1 stick margarine
1/2 bunch parsley
3 large onions
2 Tbsp flour
1 green bell pepper
1 cup water
4 garlic cloves
Preparation
Sauté onions, bell pepper, garlic, onion tops and parsley in margarine until soft and clear. Add flour and stir, then add I cup water. In another pan cover the bottom with cooking oil. Heat pan till hot. Add the crawfish tails and cover until the crawfish tails are covered with juices. Combine the crawfish tails with the seasoned veggies and cook on low for about 30 minutes. This is wonderful made ahead and reheated! Enjoy!
