Ingredients

12 oz. Cream Cheese

2 Beaten Eggs

1 tbsn. Lemon Juice

3/4 cup Granulated Sugar

2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

1 can Crushed Pineapple

TOPPING:

1 cup. Sour Cream

3 1/2 tsp. Sugar

1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Combine and beat until fluffy. Add crushed pineapple. Cook at 350F for 25-30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.

Topping: Pour on top of pie and bake for 10 additional minutes. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
