Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sugar

8 oz cream cheese

3/4 cup butter

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

4 eggs

2 cups sifted flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

icing sugar for sprinkling on top.

Preparation

combine sugar, cream cheese, butter and vanille, mix well. Add eggs. Mix until blended. Gradually add flour sifted with baking powder, mix until blended. Pour into crease and floured loag pan bake at 325° for 1hr 20 min. Cool Sprinked with confectioner sugar
