Ingredients

5 pounds Potatoes - peeled

1 stick Butter

8 ounces Cream Cheese, cubed

8 ounces Sour Cream

2 teaspoons Onion Salt

1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/4 teaspoon White Pepper

Preparation

Cook potatoes in boiling salted water 20-25 minutes til tender; drain well

Mash potatoes with 5T butter & add remaining ingredients

Spoon into a greased 13x9 baking dish OR greased Crock Pot; insert butter pieces across top

Bake 30-35 minutes in 350 Oven or keep warn in Crock pot until serving
