Ingredients

1 T cornmeal

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 pkg quick rising dry yeast

1 t sugar

1/2 t salt

1/2 cup very warm water

1 T vegetable oil

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 1/2 cups assorted toppings such as chopped green bell pepper, chopped onion and sliced mushrooms

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese

Preparation

preheat oven 400. Sprinkle flat rectangle stone with cornmeal; set aside. Combine fl9our, yeast, sugar and salt in medium mixing bowl. Add water and oil; stir until mixture forms a ball. Place dough on lightly floured surface;; knead until smooth and elastic, 3-4 minutes Cover; let rest 10 minutes. \Place dough in center of prepared baking stone; roll within 1 inch of edge. Top with assorted toppings, if desired sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 16-18 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
