Ingredients

1/2 cups All Purpose Flour

3 tbsn. Granulated Sugar

1/4 tsp. Kosher Salt

2 Eggs

1 cup Milk

1 tbsn. Melted Butter

FOR CARMELIZED BANANAS:

2 whole Sliced Bananas

3 tbsn.Butter

3 tbsn. Brown Sugar

Preparation

Crepes: In a big bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt, In a smaller bowl, mix eggs, milk and melted butter. Slowly incorporate liquid into the dry ingredients, whisking frequently. To cook, pour ladle of batter in skillet. Tilt the pan to spread batter. Cook about 30 seconds and flip. Press with spatula to keep crepe flat.

Caramelized Bananas: Slice bananas. Melt butter and sugar in saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir for about 3 minutes. Add bananas and remove from heat. Toss to coat. Pour over crepes.
