Ingredients
Spice Rub:
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 lbs flank steak
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
Serving Options:
corn tortillas
shredded lettuce
grated cheese
tomato
sour cream
salsa
Preparation
Mix all of the spices together in a small bowl. Rub spice rub onto each side of the steak. Place the steak in the bottom of the crock pot. Place the chopped onion, bell pepper on top of the steak. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. After cooking remove and shred with two forks.
