Ingredients
Bone-in Boston Butt Roast - 4 to 5 lbs.
Olive Oil
Butt Rub
2 Onions
Leftover drippings from roasted chicken
Preparation
Rub roast with olive oil, then generously rub in the Butt Rub over all sides. Quarter onions and put in bottom of crock pot. Add leftover drippings. Place rubbed roast on top of the onions. Cook on low for 10 hours, or until bone can be easily pulled from the meat.
