Ingredients

1 can black bean

1 can Kidney beans

1/2 cup onion

1 can tomato sauce

10 ounces corn, frozen

2 cans tomatoes with chiles

4oz can green chiles

1 batch taco seasoning

24 ounces chicken breasts

1/4 cup cilantro

1 1/2 tablespoons Taco seasoning: Cumin

1 1/2 tablespoons chili powser

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 batch salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in crock pot, except cilantro.

cook for 4-6 hours on hi heat or 8-10 hours on low heat.

1/2 hour before chicken is done. Remove and shred chicken, place back into pot.

When ready to serve, sprinkle cilantro on top.
