Ingredients
3 lb boneless pork roast
1 large onion
1-2 green apples, sliced
16 oz. sauerkraut
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white wine
1-2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
season roast, dredge in flour and brown very briefly to seal in juices. Place 1/2 of onion and apple slices as well as half of garlic in bottom of crok pot. Place roast on top, cover with remaining ingredients, wine last.
