Ingredients
3 T. white wine vinegar
3 T. sugar
1 T. soy sauce
1 clove minced garlic
½ tsp. sesame oil
½ tsp ground ginger
1 C. mayo
Preparation
combine all but mayo - stir til sugar dissolves. gradually whisk in mayonnaise, stirring til blended.
Use - napa cabbage red cabbage peanuts (or toasted cashews or almonds) cilantro radishes snow peas
