1 pound english hothouse cucumber, halved
1 pound tomatillos, husk removed, rinsed
1 clove onion
1/2 clove poblano
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
