Ingredients

1 bag Baby Carrots

2 tablespoons Butter

1/4 cup Orange Juice

1 tablespoon Curry

2 tablespoons Maple Syrup

Preparation

Boil carrots in water until soft

In a skillet, put carrots in with butter, orange juice, syrup and curry. Simmer on medium low heat, covered until soft and syrupy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
