Ingredients
1 can Chickpeas
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Hot Curry Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chile powder
1/4 tsp Black Sea salt
1/4 tsp Kosher salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425
Rinse and dry chickpeas
Combine all other ingredients (Olive Oil, Curry powder, Chile powder, and salts) in a bowl
Toss chickpeas with spice mix
Spread beans evenly on a foil covered rimmed baking sheet
Bake for 25-35 minutes
Cool slightly, and enjoy!
