Ingredients
3 pounds Chuck Roast
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Catsup
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
Preparation
Combine marinade ingredients. Dot meat all over with fork and marinate 8-24 hours.
Preheat grill to Med High. Rub meat with oil ok for high temps. Sear 4-5 minutes each side. Turn off one side of grill and move meat to side that is turned off (cook with indirect heat). Use meat thermometer to
Grill until internal temperature is 150 (med rate) or 160 (med). Rest 10 minutes. Carve.
