Ingredients
1 pound Link sausage
2 cans Dark red kidney beans
2 cans Cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Sweet onion, chopped
1 cup Green bell pepper, chopped
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup Rice
2 pieces Bay leaves
Preparation
Brown sausage
Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic, saute
Add cans of dark red beans
Season with salt, pepper, and bay leaves, simmer for 15 minutes
Add cream of mushroom soup, simmer another 15-30 minutes
If it is too thin thicken with a rue or corn starch, if too light in color add 1 tablespoon of Kitchen Bouquet
