Ingredients

Salad:

1 head of Butter Lettuce

2 oz Blue Cheese

4 large Winter Pears

1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts

Dressing:

4 oz Salad or Olive Oil

1 oz Mustard

Preparation

Combine Butter Lettuce and Pears in Salad Bowl.

Crumble an add Blue Cheese.

Roast Walnuts in Olive Oil, chop and add to Salad.

Mix Oil and Mustard, pour on Salad just before serving or put on table for each diner to add as they wish.
