Ingredients
2 cups ketchup
1/3 cups brown dijon mustard
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cups jim beam maple
2/3 cups molasses
4 teaspoons granulated garlic
1 tablespoon sea salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1/2 pound brown sugar
1 - 8 ounce canned diced tomatos drained
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)
Preparation
reduce jim beam maple by half in large sauce pan over low heat combine rest of ingredients in sauce pan stir for 1 minute over low heat let simmer for 10 minutes over low heat use a stick blender to blend ingredients smooth in pan let simmer for 10 - 15 minutes add water to achieve desired consistency
