Ingredients

8 pieces Chicken

6 tablespoons Paprika - mixture of hot Spanish and mild to taste/heat

3 cups Chicken Stock

1 head Onion - chopped

1 cup Sour Cream

1 cup Flat Noodles

Preparation

Saute onions in oil until clear (not brown)

Add chicken and paprika - brown chicken - keep moving until paprika is stuck to chicken

Remove chicken, add stock and sour cream, whisk until blended, replace chicken

Bake in 350 F oven until done.

Sauce can be thickened after baking on stove top with hydrated flour

Serve over noodles
