Ingredients

3/4 cup International Delight Creamer, any flavor

3 eggs

Pinch of salt

8 slices Texas toast, cut thick

Preparation

  1. Whisk together International Delight Creamer, eggs & salt.

  2. Lightly grease a griddle & place over medium-high heat.

  3. Dip bread in batter; place on hot griddle & cook until bottom is golden brown.

  4. Flip & brown other side.

  5. Serve with syrup or fresh fruit.
