Ingredients
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
4 pound cake slices 1/2 inch slices
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 Tbsp honey
2 bananas
1/2 pint strawberries
1/2 pint blueberries
1/2 pint pineapple, chunked or whatever fruit
you like
Preparation
Melt butter - add slices and sauté until browned (1 minute). Flip and sprinkle browned side with sugar. Saute other side. Remove, cut into croutons.
Whisk together, yogurt and honey.
Place Banana on plates, add the fruit and cake croutons, drizzle on yogurt (or layer in parfait bowls)
