6 Eggs, hard-boiled
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
Preparation
Halve hard-boiled eggs lengthwise.
Remove yolks and mash with mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, & salt.
Refill whites with the yolk mixture.
