Ingredients
1.5 pounds diced ham (about 4 cups)
3/4 cup mayo
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
Preparation
1.In a food processor, pulse diced ham until finely chopped. This can be done by hand, but a food processor sure is much faster.
2.In a large bowl, combine ham, mayo, mustard, hot sauce, Worcestershire, and vinegar and stir to combine well.
3.Refrigerate for at least two hours for best texture and flavor.
