Ingredients

2-1/2 c. whole wheat flour

½ c. non-fat dry milk powder

1 t. sugar

1 t. salt

6 T. margarine

1 egg

Approx. ½ c. cold water

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, adding water as needed to form ball. Knead for 3 minutes. Roll to ½" thick and cut into shapes. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet for 30 minutes at 350.

Variations: Add 3 T. liver powder, chicken or beef bouillon, dried soup greens, or dried soup mix.
