Ingredients
3 Tbsp sour cream
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup walnuts
3 ripe bananas
1 stick margarine ( I can’t believe its not butter)
2 eggs
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine sour cream and baking soda then set aside.
Mix together dry ingredients, butter, egg, banana and fold in walnuts & baking soda. Bake at 350 for 45 - 60 minutes in greased bread loaf pan.
