Ingredients

crust :

18 choc wafer cookies broken

1 cup peacans

1/4 cup sugar

2oz semisweet choc - chopped

1/2 stick butter cut into pieces

filling :

4 1/2 oz unsweet choc chopped

28 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup sugar

5 large eggs

1 cup gold brown sugar

1tbs corn syrup

Preparation

rack in center of oven and preheat to 350°. Place cookies, pecans, sugar and choc in mixer. chop finely. Add butter and process until moist crumbs form. line pie place.

filling :

melt unsweet choc in double boiler stirring. remove from heat and cool. Mix cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beat to just incorporate. Add brown sugar and beat to combine. Stir in corn syrup and melted choc. Bake 10 min
