Ingredients
1 cup Crushed Original Ritz Crackers
1/2 Red pepper - diced
2 Green Onions - thinly sliced
4 sprigs Parsley
1/4 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
1 Egg White
2 tablespoons Mayonaise
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
3 cans Cans of Crab Meat
1/2 cup Mayonaise
1 clove Garlic
2 tablespoons Chopped Chives
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 pinch Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Crab Cakes
Add 1/2 of Ritz crumbs, pepper, onions, and parsley. Mix in egg white, mayonaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Add Old Bay, dry mustard and garlic powder.
Fold in crab meat and form into 6 patties.
Fry 5 minutes each side. Drain on paper towels.
Sauce
Mix all ingredients together.
