Ingredients

24 ounces Cream Cheese

2.5 cups Sugar

1.5 teaspoon Vanilla

3 Eggs

14 ounces Graham Cracker

1/3 cup Butter

1/2 Lemon or Lime

Preparation

Pre-Heat Oven To 325F

Blend Graham Cracker Until Smooth.

Melt Butter and Add To Grahm Cracker Blend, Mix Well, Spoon Into Mason Jars, Press Until Flat/even.

Mix Cream Cheese at low speed until smooth.

Add Sugar To Your Batter Slowly to Avoid Clumps.

Add Eggs & Vanilla To Your Batter. Add Lime or Lemon For Added Flavor.

Pour Mixture into Mason Jars. Keep About An Inch From The Top.

Add Jars Into Baking Pan. Fill pan with about an 1" of water.

Bake for 25-35 Minutes.
