Ingredients

1/4 TEASPOON GROUND CAYENNE

1 TEASPOON GROUND TURMERIC

2 TEASPOONS TOASTED SESAME OIL

1 TABLESPOON AGAVE NECTAR

4 LARGE GARLIC CLOVES, CRUSHED

2 TABLESPOONS FRESHLY GRATED GINGER

1/4 CUP LIME JUICE

1/4 CUP TAMARI

1/2 CUP GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED

1 CUP (PACKED) FRESH CILANTRO, CHOPPED

8 OZ WHOLE GRAIN RICE NOODLES

Preparation

  1. ring a large pot of water to a boil. While waiting for the water to boil, rinse and dry cilantro and green onion. Peel and dice the ginger; chop the green onion, cilantro and garlic. When the water boils, cook the noodles for 6 minutes. While the noodles are cooking, place the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well and set aside.

  2. Once the noodles are done cooking, drain them and toss them into the bowl of sauce. Stir them gently yet thoroughly.

  3. Top with any remaining cilantro as garnish. Serve and enjoy! Now wasn’t that easy!?
