6 bell peppers sliced lengthwise

1 lb uncooked hot sicilian sausage(TJ’s)

2 small zucchini

1/2 medium onion

fresh thyme and oregano

cook 1/2 cup raw wild rice mix ahead of prep

1 egg

bread crumbs

feta, grated cheese

tomato/salsa sauce

Preparation

365 for 45 min. blanch peppers for 2-4 min in hot water stir sausage,onion add zucchini and cool mix cooked rice, parmesan, fresh spices, add bread crumbs, 1 egg, feta, grated cheese add tomato sauce on pan bottom and top peppers, cover with cheese
