Ingredients
1 package Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding (3.9 oz.)
16 ounces Heavy Cream
1 2/3 cup Milk
1 Pie Crust
6 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
4 teaspoons Vanilla
Preparation
Prepare desired pie crust. Chill.
Beat 1 c. heavy cream with 2 tsp. vanilla and 3 tbsp. powdered sugar on medium-high.
Whisk together milk and pudding mix until combined and lumps are removed.
Gently whisk whipped cream into pudding mixture until combined.
Pour into pie shell and chill until serving.
When ready to serve, beat 1 c. heavy cream with 2 tsp. vanilla and 3 tbsp. powdered sugar on medium-high for whipped topping.
Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Serve.
