Ingredients
3 split breasts, rinsed and patted dry
3 whole legs, rinsed and patted dry
black pepper
salt
garlic powder
3 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
- rub pepper, salt, garlic powder and olive oil thoroughly into chicken, marinade for 15-20 mins, 45 mins if time allows (heat oven to 375. (400 would be okay too?)
- put breast onto baking sheet first, add legs after baking breasts for 15 mins.
- bake at 375 for 30 mins, then 400.
- skin doesn’t brown easily but meat should be 180 degrees at 60 mins. (legs probably only needs 40-45mins.)
