Ingredients

3 split breasts, rinsed and patted dry

3 whole legs, rinsed and patted dry

black pepper

salt

garlic powder

3 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. rub pepper, salt, garlic powder and olive oil thoroughly into chicken, marinade for 15-20 mins, 45 mins if time allows (heat oven to 375. (400 would be okay too?)
  2. put breast onto baking sheet first, add legs after baking breasts for 15 mins.
  3. bake at 375 for 30 mins, then 400.
  4. skin doesn’t brown easily but meat should be 180 degrees at 60 mins. (legs probably only needs 40-45mins.)
