Ingredients

1 whole chicken cut up or assorted chicken pieces

2 Tb soy sauce

1 Tb brown sugar

2 Tb red wine vinegar

3 Tb evoo

4 shallots chopped

2 cloves garlic minced

Fresh parsley

Salt & pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 Place chicken in roasting pan skin side up and roast 30 minutes. Baste with sauce and flip. Continue to roast another 10 minutes or until done.
