1 onion chopped into small pieces
1 pint heavy cream
1/2 cup (to 1 cup depending on taste) pecorino reggiano
1/2 cup vodka (optional)
2 8oz. Red Pack tomato sauce/paste (resulting in a thinner/thicker sauce)

Melt butter in a large pot until it’s clear Add chopped onion and stir Add heavy cream, cheese Once it starts boiling, add the tomato sauce/paste Stir for a few minutes Add cooked pasta!
