Ingredients
1/2 cup Margarine
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Pecan Halves
1/2 pound Broad Noodles
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Eggs
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Sugar
Preparation
Melt 1/4 cup of margarine in bottom of 6-cup ring mold
Sprinkle brown sugar over melted margarine, pressing into mold
Arrange pecan halves into brown sugar to form pattern
Combine cinnamon, salt, and sugar in a small bowl
Cook noodles according to package directions and drain well
Add remaining 1/4 cup margarine to noodles and stir until combined and slightly cooled
Add dry ingredients to noodles
Lightly beat eggs and add to noodle mixture
Spread into prepared ring mold. Bake for 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
