Ingredients

Romaine Lettuce – 4 Ounces

Iceberg Lettuce – 8 Ounces

Radicchio Lettuce – 4 Ounces

Gruyere Cheese – 3/4 Cup (Shredded)

Red Onion – 1/4 Cup

Celery – 1/2 Cup (Diced)

Beefsteak Tomato – 1/2 Cup (diced)

Hearts of Palm – 1/2 Cup (diced)

3/4 Cup of EDDIE MERLOT’S DRESSING

Almonds – 1/4 Cup (Sliced)

Preparation

  1. Trim and Shred all the lettuces before washing and drying
  2. Place lettuce in a large mixing bowl & toss with the Gruyere cheese, Red onion, Celery, Tomato, Hearts of Palm, and dressing until fully mixed
