Egg Yolks – 2

Dijon Mustard – 1 & 1/2 Teaspoons

Cidar Vinegar – 5 Tablespoons

Brown Sugar – 1/2 Cup

White Pepper – 1/8 Teaspoon

Garlic Powder – 1/4 Teaspoon

Kosher Salt – 1/4 Teaspoon

Whole Eggs – 2 (beaten)
