Ingredients

2 C. whole milk

48 oz. seltzer or club soda

1 C. chocolate syrup

Preparation

for esach glass pur 1/2 kc. mil into tall soda glass9narrownbottom and wide top) fill with less than 1/3 way up add seltzer up to 1 in. befow rim at 1/4 c. choc. syrup. place long spon from on side top to opp bottom( at angle from top to bottom) using up and down motions in glass mix the choc. do not stir. add more seltzer or club soda to top.
