Ingredients
3/4 cup flour, all purpose
1 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk, whole
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons grape jelly
Preparation
Combine first six ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Batter should be very thin
Heat a 10"non stick pan and melt 1 tbs of butter Set on medium heat.
Pour in just enough batter to cover bottom NO MORE. Roll pan from side to side as you pour the batter.
Little bubbles will form on the edge in about two to three minutes. With a spatula lift to check for browning. Flip an brown second side.
Place pancake on a plate, smear with jelly and roll up. eat and smile.
