Ingredients
2 tbsp Oil
4 Eggs
2 clove garlic
Tomato (fresh or canned)
Preparation
Heat oil. Beat eggs, add to oil. Stir to ensure it is cooked. Take out of pan.
Cut tomatoes (if fresh) into sixths or eighths. Fry with garlic until they start to lose their shape. Add eggs back in and cook for a 2-3 minutes. Salt and Ketchup to taste optional.
If you stir too much, or cook too long it will disintegrate into mush. Still tastes ok, but visually unappealing.
